SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | MELBOURNE CBD

Property Managers looking for a role with FULL SUPPORT WITH LEASING & ADMIN + VA SUPPORT? Work within this well established, reputable agency as the Senior Property Manager looking after a portfolio of properties whilst having your administration and leasing covered!

AS THE SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER, You will be reporting to the Head of Department managing all properties. With a great supportive team, this role involves:

Managing Properties all within close proximity to the office
Support with Leasing & Admin
MONDAY TO FRIDAY - No weekends
Generous Salary + Ongoing reviews based on performance
Onsite Car Park
WFH 1 Day
Salary up to $100,000 Package

YOU WILL IDEALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING

Min 2-3+ years industry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential

ABOUT YOU:

Current AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE Certificate
3+ years of property management experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
