PROPERTY MANAGEMENT - CHANGES TO THE RENTING LAWS

With digitalisation and technology at the top of our game and covid-19 rental laws, real estate and property management has vastly changed and will continue with the consistent demand and changes. Property management tasks have been divided across majority of real estate offices to support property managers. These include leasing, property management administration, assistant property managers, maintenance managers, inspection managers, clients managers and business development managers.

As property managers are in high demand for employers, it is vital for employers to recognise the support that is required to enable them to provide exceptional service to both Renters and Rental Providers.

On March 29 2021, the current rental legislation will change with 132 new rental reforms. If you are a rental provider (landlord) or estate agent, it is important that you understand what you need to do to prepare for the new laws. Below are links to consumer affairs to help you prepare.
