SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER | DOCKLANDS | RICHMOND | ST KILDA

Our client are RAPIDLY EXPANDING and have over 6 offices across Melbourne with partnerships available in their branches and we are on the hunt for a strong and capable Senior/Property Manager for their Docklands office.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

As an experienced Property Manager, your role will be managing a portfolio of residential properties across Melbourne's inner city and surrounding suburbs. You will receive great support with inspections and administration whilst your main focus is ensuring the servicing of both renters and rental providers whilst having a healthy worklife balance of working Monday to Friday with free on site parking and 1 DAY work from home.

Generous Salary Package: Depending on experience between $80,000- $90,000k + superannuation

For this role, ideally you will have at least 3-5 years experience working in a similar role in Property Management and a current Vic Real estate certificate.
