So you are PASSIONATE about Property Management and want to be able to provide the best possible service at all times in your Property Management role but don’t want to have to do any of the Leasing or Administration side of things? We hear you!
Our clients based in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Melbourne's Inner City are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team! They understand the demands of the job and keeping this at the forefront of their minds they offer NO weekends, AMAZING support with admin and a full leasing team!
What's even better? They value a great team culture and positive environment when in office however they still offer the benefit of working from home one day a week!
THE ROLE

Salary up to $85k + Super
Manage a residential portfolio in buzzing locations
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
Support with leasing, admin and general enquiries
Have a strong focus on client relationships
Solely Mon - Fri, no weekends!

DO YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING?

MIN 2 years experience in managing a portfolio
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current Police Check
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Have a strong PASSION for Property Management
Display a strong work ethic and reliability
