Senior Property Manager in

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - SOUTHBANK

Our client, located in the heart of Southbank are currently on the hunt for an experienced and confident Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio on a full time basis.
With strong mentoring and support from the Department Head, as well as assistance with leasing and administrative tasks, this role is for an experienced property manager ready to take the next step working with premium clients across the inner CBD.

With experience managing a portfolio, you will need to demonstrate the following:

Have high organisational skills and proven ability to use initiative
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Problem solving strategies
Ability to work in a team and autonomously
Tech savvy with experience using Property Tree or similar.

Duties will include:

Managing a portfolio of properties
Rental arrears and maintenance
Bond lodgements / processing tenant applications
Inspections
Communicating with both Landlords and Tenants

ESSENTIAL:

Current VIC Real Estate Certificate
Police Check
Drivers License and reliable car
Min 1-2 years and confident in managing a portfolio
