Whether you are fresh into the industry and completed your Certificate IV in Real Estate Services and looking for a stepping stone into Real Estate.

We are seeking an energetic, coachable and team oriented professional who has an entreaupreniul mindset ready to embark on your real estate career.

As the PA to the Director, you will have the opportunity to work with an outstanding agency who highly respects their staff, prioritising work life balance, training, mentoring and career growth, it is no wonder that this agency has such high staff retention rates!

AS A SALES PA TO THE DIRECTOR, YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE;

General Sales Adhoc tasks - processing sales files and liaising with the sales administrator
Prospecting and buyer activities including letterbox drops, cold calling etc
Marketing and Advertising activities - enhancing your social media
Taking buyers through Property Inspections both private and group
Assisting with contracts and liaising with relevant stakeholders including conveyancers, photographers etc.

ABOUT YOU

You must have completed your Certificate of Real Estate Services (Agents Representative Certificate)
Energetic, enthusiastic and self motivated
Be immaculately presented and well spoken
Able to work within a team in a fast-paced environment
Current drivers licence and own car
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Can-do and positive attitude with a good sense of humour
