The Role

Your duties will include but not be limited to the following;

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
Managing a small portfolio of residential properties
Entry & Exit Reports
Advertising properties for lease, conducting OFI's & Referencing Applications
Rent reviews & lease renewals
VCAT notices, prep and attendance
Issuing NTV's and Breaches as required
Liaise with tenants, landlords and trades to maintain strong client relationships
Support from Junior PM for Routines and Leasing

Skills & experience

Minimum 2+ years experience as a Property Manager
Current Agents Representative Certificate
Current drivers license
Using Property ME software ideal but not essential
Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
