Property Manager / Senior in

Our Client:
Located near Maribyrnong, our client is looking for their next addition to the team. With a focus on excellence, they strive to be the best in the industry, not only through results but the relationships they build with their purchasers, vendors, landlords and tenants alike. They are looking for a Property Manager who can continue to keep strong rapport with clients, and provide a high level of customer service and support.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of approx 175 properties
Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections
Rent reviews, lease renewals and rent increases
Actioning maintenance and communicating with trades
Liaising with landlords, tenants and OC
VCAT preperation and attendance
Administration support
Using Property Me
Opportunity to make excellent bonuses & commission
1 in 3 Saturdays with full RDO in lieu

About You:

Previous experience in Property Management (ideally 1+ Years)
Current Agent Representative Certificate essential
Valid Drivers licence and reliable car
Strong communication and ability to build rapport
Knowledge of the Vic Legislation
Attention to detail and organisation
