OUR PROPERTY, an automated program to assist you with your portfolio management taking away all the administrative tasks such as, Arrears, Lease Agreements, Renewals + more!
THE ROLE: - Manage a maintained portfolio - All within walking distance to the office!!
- Undertaking the use of OUR PROPERTY to assist with Rent Reviews and issuing Lease Renewals + more
- Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties with additional leasing support
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, OC, insurance & trades
- Sending NTVs and attending VCAT as required
ABOUT YOU: - Current AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE Certificate
- At least 2 years industry experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An impressive proactive approach
- Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
