PROPERTY MANAGER ROLE WITH WORKING FROM HOME OPTIONS!
Our Client
Located in the City of Wyndham, our client is a fantastic agency looking for their next team addition. A smaller team, you will never be "just a number" and have the opportunity to really build your portfolio and client database with the potential for your own Assistant in the future!
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager with knowledge of the current and incoming legislation, who can really provide strong customer service and professionalism in the forefront of their work.
The Role:
- Manage a small portfolio of 130 properties in the Western Suburbs
- Flexibility working both in office and from home
- No Saturdays during Lockdown, rotating roster from here
- Conducting entry/exit/routine inspections (pending Lockdown restrictions)
- Maintaining low rent arrears
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades
- Attending to maintenance, and following through to completion
- Market reviews and rent reviews
- Issuing NTV's, preparing for and attending VCAT as required
- Building strong professional relationships with your clients
About You:
- Agents Representative Certificate/ Full Licence ESSENTIAL
- Must have a reliable car and valid Drivers Licence
- At least 1-2 years experience managing a Residential Portfolio
- Ability to problem solve, and have solid time management skills
- Hard worker, and positive communication ability
