Property Manager in

Experienced Property Manager | Part Time

Our client are a boutique property management service based in Melbourne's Inner East.
We are on the look out for an experienced Residential Property Manager who LOVES what they do and truly cares about both owners and rental providers.
In this role, you will be supported by a team who will be conducting most of the out-of-office appointments including routine inspections, entry inspections, and exit inspections.

We are looking for someone who has the following skills and attributes:

preferable at least 6 months of experience in property management
Completed and obtained Agents Rep Certificate
Must have an Australian driver's license and a reliable car
Exceptional english both written and oral
Matured and responsible
Solution-driven and able to multi-task
Good work ethic with great time management skills

As an experienced PROPERTY MANAGER, you will be managing approximately 160 properties including rental arrears management, lease renewals and the overall day to day.
