Undertaking the use of OUR PROPERTY to assist with Rent Reviews and issuing Lease Renewals + more
Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties with additional leasing support
Liaising with landlords, tenants, OC, insurance & trades
Sending NTVs and attending VCAT as required
Current AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE Certificate
At least 2 years industry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
