This is an amazing opportunity for you to join a well known, reputable agency situated in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. This is a business looking for an experienced Property Manager or Senior who enjoys providing the highest level of customer service each day. 
The portfolio is approximately 120 properties, allowing you time to cater for your clients needs, and manage their investments with care. 
 
The Role:

• Managing a portfolio of approx. 120 properties - CLEAN portfolio
• Conducting Entry, Exit and Routine inspections
• Rent reviews and issuing increase notices as required
• Actioning maintenance through to completion 
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, trades and OC
• Preparing for and attending VCAT hearings
• Salary to $80k

 
About You:

• 2+ years Property Management experience
• Experience with Property Tree is preferred 
• Excellent people skills - lead by example approach
• Positive can do attitude
• Excellent in communication (written and verbal)
• Strong with Property Management procedures and legislation
• Quality focused 
• Proven loyalty within recent career background
