Your duties include:

Scheduling and hosting both Open for Inspections and Private inspections
Working with both buyers and vendors
Arrange final inspections for purchasers
Complete sales files once property sold and finalised
Proof & approve advertising material
Liaising with vendors and purchasers
Answering enquiries relating to potential sales or property details
Review additional properties on the market to keep updated
Assist with additional administrative duties as required

Agents Rep Certificate ESSENTIAL
Reliable car and drivers licence
Driven to progress within Real Estate Sales
Proven high level customer service
Confident communicator
Immaculate presentation
