ABOUT THE ROLE:
Providing marketing and administrative support to the marketing team
Update digital and social channel marketing
Be a champion of CRMs and portals to help achieve the businesses’ performance objectives.
Supplying logos, templates and imagery upon request
Create and coordinate drip campaigns
Ensure strategies,campaigns, initiatives and assets are delivered on time and at a superior quality.
Take charge of Advertisements - Quality control of listings, images, watermarking, proof-reading
Organise photography and profiles for staff
Assist with launch and market project strategy
Creating documents- submissions and proposals
Manage corporate collateral and promotional materials
Managing supplies and orders of stationary and merchandising
Manage tasks and time, helping the marketing team to be organised and efficient
Co-ordinating quotes from suppliers and obtaining approval
Manage the clean-up of the database
1+ years real estate experience
Real estate marketing experience highly desirable
Agents Rep certificate
Ability to work effectively and efficiently within a team
Strong ability to demonstrate high attention to detail
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
Effective time management skills to work within tight marketing deadlines
Strong presentation skills and ability to present concepts that make the sales process viable
