As the new Leasing Specialist for our client based in Keysborough, VIC you will be responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Open for Inspections
Routines
Ingoing & Outgoings
Processing applications
Ad Hoc tasks such as: key collecting and general PA tasks to the head of dept

WHATS ON OFFER:

Up to $60k+ Super + Commission
Friday's off!
Car park on site

Reporting to a supportive Head of Department

ABOUT YOU:

Min 6+ months experience in real estate
Current Agents Representative Certificate is ESSENTIAL
Current Vic drivers license and a reliable vehicle
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
Ability to take initiative and leadership
Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
