THE ROLE:

Offer strong amounts of leadership to the Property Management team
Build and assist in the growth of the portfolios
Push and encourage the Property Management team to improve
Prepare budgets and reporting requirements for management meetings
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers to ensure their process is smooth

Strong experience in Real Estate
Ability to lead a team
Agents Representative Certificate
Strong and clear communication skills
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Enthusiastic and motivating nature
Professional, punctual and reliable
