Located in Essendon Fields and working Monday to Friday, we are looking for someone with experience as a BDM/Recruitment Consultant. At ITG, we are committed to the highest standards with an ethical transparent and honest approach. The opportunity

What a typical day would look like in a recruitment role

Communicating with both new and existing clients to assist with recruitment services
Arranging both virtual and onsite (when safe) appointments for new business
Prospecting and targeting talent through multiple strategies and platforms
Screening resumes, Phone qualifying and interviewing
Matching candidates to clients using a proactive and professional approach
Social media brand marketing
Advertising Database management
Nurture and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates
