We are searching for a mature and experienced Real Estate Receptionist/Administrator who is self motivated, highly customer focused and can take the reins as the first point of contact.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include but not limited to the following:
- Greeting clients
- Maintaining and clean and presentable front of house
- Answering general enquiries
- Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff members
- Daily banking and mail runs
- Providing keys for clients or trades as required
- Data entry for new landlords or tenants
- Adhoc administration including filing, photocopying or printing
About You:
- Experience in a similar role (Receptionist or Office Management)
- Displays a warmth and nurturing approach
- Self sufficient & able to work with minimal supervision
- Professional with a friendly personality
- Ability to support your team as required
- Exceptional communication skills both oral & written
Experience in Real Estate is not required, however would be highly regarded.
