The Position:
- Working underneath a top performing Sales Agent providing daily support
- Prospecting for new business through database management, door-knocking and letterbox drops
- Liaising with vendors and purchasers
- Scheduling and hosting Open for Inspections and Private inspections
- Answering enquiries relating to potential sales or property details
- Review additional properties on the market to keep updated
- Contact database to generate and nurture future listings
- Complete sales files once property sold and finalised
- Proof & approve advertising material
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required
The Person:
- Must have Agents Rep Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Understand the basics of Real Estate Sales
- Proven high level customer service
- Confident communicator
- Immaculate presentation
