Our client is one of the leading property development and management companies based in the CBD. We are currently seeking a Property Manager for a luxurious built to rent portfolio.

This person will be an experienced individual to oversee the day-to-day property management operations including; customer service, and leasing activities of a high-end apartment portfolio in Melbourne's Bayside.

AS THE PROPERTY MANAGER

Managing a portfoilio of properties in the one building; therefore (No Driving Required)
Temp to Perm Avaibile (Try before you buy)
Full Time Salary to $85,000 + Super + Bonuses.
No Driving required at all
