Our Fees

Our Permanent Recruitment Fee's are a percentage of the annual remuneration package and lower fees are offered to clients who are exclusive to ITR. All our permanent recruitment includes advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, psychometric testing, reference checking, client interview, salary negotiation, on-board requirements such as police check, letter of offer and professional relevant qualifications and post placement support throughout the probationary period. 

With unexpected staff absence at last minute or any upcoming leave that leaves you in a position where you need a hand or maybe try before you buy. ITR can make the process simple and stress-free and provide you with qualified temporary staff to cover you through busy periods and reduce staff wages 

As well as the above, our Permanent Fee also includes a 6 month replacement fee, solidifying the confidence we have in our candidates.

Temporary Recruitment Fee's are determined on the individual required and their relevant experience, with rates charged on an hourly basis. This includes all payroll and on-boarding costs including all statutory costs such as:

  • Superannuation Guarantee Contribution (SGC) 9.50%

  • Payroll Tax

  • Workers Compensation

  • Professional indemnity insurance

All temporary candidates provide us with a police check (under 6 months) and current Agents Representative Certificate (if relevant). On commencement, We provide all relevant legal documentation required and an authority must be signed.
