Located in the heart of the CBD, our client are on the lookout for a TEAM DEVELOPMENT TRAINING MANAGER to join a FUN, INNOVATIVE and REFRESHING team who are continuously looking to excel, grow and develop their company, allowing them to be the BEST in the industry.
Supporting the Head of Rentals working closely implementing and re developing required training plans for the property management team. You will provide adequate training to the property managers, including compliance and legislation training. This role will suit someone who is currently working in a management role within property management with a flair for training.
You will lead by example in this hands-on role, overseeing the day to day activities of your team to ensure the highest standard of service is delivered and staff are equipped with the up to date training to perform their day to day tasks.

Ideally 3+ Years as a Senior/Team Leader with solid exposure to training
STRONG up to date legislation and rental reforms knowledge
PropertyTree, IRE experience
