PROPERTY MANAGER X 1 - CONTRACT ROLE (NORTH EASTERN SUBURBS)

This prestigious long standing agency, situated in Melbourne’s North Eastern Suburbs are well respected for their market knowledge, but most importantly their staff retention!

Specialising in Sales, Property Management, this large team with great support from administration and new business are on the hunt for a PROPERTY MANAGER ON A CONTRACT BASIS!

THE ROLE:

Contract role with a view to Permanent - Minimum 6 weeks
Managing a portfolio of approximately 150
Using PropertyMe, Inspection Express
Manage incoming emails and enquiries
Liaise with owners, tenants and Contractors
Carry out routine inspections and final bond inspections
Conducting viewings and processing applications
General Property Manager transactions
Arrears management

The Candidate:

VIC Agents Representative Certificate
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Property Manager
Well-presented with a positive and friendly attitude
Strong communication skills, time management and attention to detail
Strong Computer skills – PropertyMe experience preferred, but not essential
Strong team player
