Senior Property Manager / Department Head in

Our client is located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne and are looking for an experienced property manager who is ready for their next challenge and is ready to step up and manage a small team. You will be managing a small portfolio of your own and oversee, train and mentor 2 other staff members.

The role:

Working Monday to Friday
Managing a small portfolio of approx 150 properties
Manage the rental department oversee, train and mentor 2 staff members
Administration support provided
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Maintenance, arrears, leasing
Conducting entry/exit reports
Lease renewals
Director does all BDM and OFI's during the Week so you can focus on your team
Great incentives
Fantastic support from the Director

About you:

Ideally 4+ years experience managing a portfolio end to end
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current drivers licence and reliable car
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
High attention to detail
