The Role:

You will manage a portfolio of 140 properties located Inner North. The beauty of this portfolio is that the properties are within the one complex making out of office inspections a BREEZE! The properties are young, clean and fresh with a busy community and friendly faces.

Monday to Friday, NO SATURDAYS! Yes, you have the weekend to yourself. SWITCH OFF! You will have support on this portfolio with a dedicated leasing consultant and general admin coverage.

You must have at least 2-3 years experience managing a portfolio and familiarity with the residential tenancy act. Our client provides on-going training from some of the best trainers to keep you motivated and up to date with any questions you may have that can help with day to day operations of being a Property Manager.
