Property Manager | Senior in

Our Client:

Our client is a high performing agency in the City of Knox & they are looking for a Property Manager to join the team. With endless opportunities to grow, you will work alongside a great Property Management team, with great training and support provided by their fantastic Director.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of 150 properties
No Saturday's
Conducting Entry and Exit reports (routines once instructed)
Advertising properties for lease, scheduling and attending OFI's
Processing applications and signing up new tenants
Liaising with landlords, tenants, trades and OC
Market reviews, rent increases and lease renewals
Actioning maintenance and following through to completion
Managing rental arrears
Issuing NTV's, preparing for and attending VCAT as required
Salary up to $85K + Super + Bonuses

About You:

2 years experience managing your own portfolio
Agents Representative Certificate essential
Reliable car and Drivers Licence
Ability to Problem solve, mediate and negotiate
Can-do and positive working attitude
Professional, punctual and reliable
