Senior Property Manager in

The Company

Our client is a highly recognised and well established agency across Australia renowned for delivering unparalleled service to its clients. They are looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic team in their Launceston office and manage portfolio end-to-end with plenty of assistance from shared admin and a leasing agent.

The Position

Managing portfolio of properties within a pod system shared with another PM, based on geographical locations.
Full end-to-end control of your properties with plenty of PM admin and leasing support ensuring high standards of management and client satisfaction.
Effectively build and manage relationships with Landlords and Tenants
Arrears control
Maintenance
Attending Tribunal – when needed!

Skills & Experience

Experience managing your own portfolio end to end
Current Property Representative Licence & driver's license
Proven problem solving and conflict resolution skills are essential
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment
Current Australian Drivers Licence
Strong customer service focus
A positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
