Role Description: 

• Booking appraisals & appointments 
• Booking photo shoots, open homes & day to day appointments
• Database management.
• Handling phone and email enquiries from buyers.
• Liaising with vendors, buyers and contractors.
• Conducting open homes & private inspections.
• Preparing Vendor reports.
• Client care & buyer follow up.
• Conducting property staging & photo shoots.
• Keeping the Lead Agent on time throughout the day & organising calendar.
• Letterbox dropping marketing material.

To be successful you will:

• Must have a current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate 
• Must have a driver's license and reliable car. 
• Immaculately presented and well groomed.
• Be at team player.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive can do attitude.
• Must be mature minded and able to perform under pressure with a smile!
• Must have exceptional organisational & time management skills.
• Must be switched on & fast paced
