The role will comprise of both Sales support duties, as well as the ability to list and run your own sales campaigns!
This fantastic opportunity will find the successful applicant working in a Hybrid position.
List and sell properties underneath your Director AND on your own
Prospecting for leads and converting leads to appointments and appraisals
Conducting market reviews and creating appraisal kits
Arrange any repairs or maintenance before photography and advertisement
Liaise directly with vendors, purchasers, photographers, team etc
Strong marketing and admin responsibilities
Write, submit and negotiate offers
Run Sales campaign end to end
Provide access to property for photographers and purchasers as required
Ensure lead agent is updated on any communications/developments
Educate buyer clients and ensure pre-qualifications achieved
Conduct OFI's and attend Weekend Auctions
Schedule private inspections as required
Provide buyer clients pricing information and market research.

Strong work ethic and time management

Prompt follow ups
Agents Rep Certificate / Real Estate Licence ESSENTIAL
Reliable car and drivers licence ESSENTIAL
