Our clients are located in the City of Wyndham and are looking for a lively personality to be their first point of contact for clients. You will be supported with hands-on training and be working under an incredible Director, trust us, you want to be a part of this team!

The Role:

Greeting clients
Maintaining and clean and presentable front of house
Answering general enquiries
Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff members
Creating letters for the PM department to send
Daily banking and mail runs
Providing keys for clients or trades as required
Creating new tenancy files
Data entry for new landlords or tenants
Assisting with application checks & scheduling OFI's
Adhoc administration including filing, photocopying or printing

About You:

Current Agent Representative Certificate or Enrolled in an Agents Representative course
Driven to learn and progress within your career
Professional with a friendly and warm personality
Ability to support your team as required
