REAL ESTATE RECEPTIONIST | BRUNSWICK

We are seeking an energetic and customer focused individual who can be the front of this successful agency, be the face of the business!
Our client, located in Brunswick, is on the hunt for a Receptionist for an immediate start. Ideally with experience in Real Estate or solid administration/pa experience outside of real estate.

This role is Monday to Friday (No weekends) Best way to describe this office is really COOL and FUNKY! Pool table on-site, up for a challenge?! If you have friends/family that are eager to get into Real Estate this would be a great opportunity for them!

As the front office receptionist, you will be responsible for:

Meeting and greeting clients.
Answering all incoming calls and assisting as required
Working closely with the property management and sales team with administrative duties
Ensuring the office is clean and presentable at all times
Manage all incoming and outgoing email correspondence
Assisting with the daily mail and banking
All other duties as required by the director

Who We Are Looking For:

Agents Representative Certificate is essential/not required
A strong drive to progress your skills within the industry
Well presented, and provide strong customer service at all times
Experience in a Reception role is highly regarded but not essential
Take initiative and a hard worker who is eager to learn
