Maintaining a clean and presentable front of house
Answering general enquiries
Answering phone calls and directing to relevant staff members
Creating letters for the PM department to send
Daily banking and mail runs
Providing keys for clients or trades as required
Creating new tenancy files
Data entry for new landlords or tenants
Assisting with application checks & scheduling OFI's
Ad Hoc administration including filing, photocopying or printing
Work for a BOUTIQUE agency with HIGH END properties & clients.
