Receptionist in

We are working with an incredible agency looking for a new Receptionist to join their team. Working under a hands-on, supportive Director and a team of Industry Professionals, you have the opportunity to learn from the best, and progress within your career!

The Role:

Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS!
Optional Saturday reception if you'd like some extra $$
Greeting clients
Answering calls and redirecting to relevant staff member
General housekeeping to ensure that the office is presented 10/10 at all times
Answering general enquiries
Assisting the Rental and Sales team with Administration tasks
Opening/Closing front of office
General admin duties (printing, copying, shredding, scanning and archiving)
Daily mail collection, sorting and distribution.
Using programs including Property Tree, IRE, H1 and Agentbox

About You:

Have experience in Real Estate and/or Agents Representative Certificate?
Hold a current police check or willing to obtain one?
Excellent customer service and professional manner?
Immaculate presentation, punctual and reliable
