Our client that is based in the City's West is a premium agency with over 40 offices across Victoria.
We are currently seeking an Experienced Real Estate Administrator / Rental Assistant to join this high profile office on a full time basis.
The Role:
With full support from Virtual Assistance with all Reception tasks, this role will see you managing the overflow of incoming calls and administrative duties.
As the front of house, we require someone with ideally 2 years working in a similar role within the industry to manage all office functions as well as Liaising with the rental department managing all property management administrative tasks such as:
- Tenant Inductions
- Advertising
- Processing applications
- Collecting rent
The Ideal Candidate:
- Min. 2 years working in Real Estate (pref in a PA or secretarial role)
- Well presented and strong initiative
- Highly organised and ability to multi task
- Current Vic Real Estate certificate
- Drivers Licence and reliable car
