Property Manager or Senior PM | Essendon Location in

The Client:

Our client is a very well established and highly successful agency situated in the north west. With a solid reputation for providing premium service to their clients, this boutique agency are a team of client serviced professionals who are passionate and ambitious and looking for their next property manager to join this growing team.

As an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties located within the moonee valley region, and receive assistance from the leasing and BDM team.

The role:

Managing a residential portfolio of approx 180 properties
Liaising with landlords and tenants
Maintenance, arrears, leasing
Conducting entry/exit reports
Lease renewals
Participation in Saturday OFI roster
Property Tree, IRE & iProperty Express
Continuing to nurture and maximise client relationships

About you:

Ideally 4+ years experience managing a portfolio end to end
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current drivers licence and reliable car
A strong desire to progress your career with potential to advance to a team leader role in 12 months for the right person
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
High attention to detail
