Property Manager (Flexible hours) in

Property Manager - FLEXIBLE HOURS!!!

Exclusive to Innovative Talent Group, our client is all about adapting to the modern technology and systems we have.
We are in need of a highly experienced Property Manager who is ready to make the move and looking for a company that offers family friendly hours and flexible days.

The Role:

3 days per week (Your choice of days and hours)
Saturdays 1 in 6
Managing 90-100 properties
Working with a supportive team and amazing director
Portfolio around the inner eastern suburbs

We are seeking:

Ideally someone with 4+ years experience in Property Management in Melbourne
Able to work autonomously and have a great working ethic
Well versed with the Residential Tenancies Act and new changes
Agents Representative Certificate
Exceptional communication and customer service
Mature minded with excellent problem solving skills.

The benefits:

Flexible working hours and remotely working from home
Salary to $70k+Super - Prorata
Work amongst a great team environment
