Managing a very neat and tidy portfolio
Full support from leasing and trust accounting
Strong training and Cloud based systems - Property Me
Working within a solid team and underneath a leader who listens and cares

About you:

Minimum of 2 years managing a portfolio
Very well polished with a great attitude
High attention to detail with a good understanding on the relevant legislation
Current Police Check and Agents Representative Certificate
Tech Savvy and willingness to adapt to a modern agency
Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
