The role:

Managing a residential portfolio of approx 170 properties
Using Property Tree
strong support from leasing
Ongoing Training and Development
Monday - Friday
Fun and positive team environment
Progress your career
Salary to $80k + Comms

About you:

At least 2 years experience in Property Management
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current drivers licence and reliable car
A strong desire to progress your career
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
High attention to detail
