Our client in the North Eastern suburbs of Melbourne is a reputable agency who are now looking for a customer service focused individual to join their team due to the continuous growth of their agency.

Your responsibilities:

Managing a clean portfolio
Conduct open for inspections
Manage maintenance requests
Prepare and attend to VCAT hearings
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers

Work with a supportive and fun team who want to see you grow in your career. They provide ongoing training, career development opportunities and an incredible team culture. Salary to $90k depending on experience, working from home arrangements & NO Saturdays!

Who we are looking for:

Current Agents Representative Certification is essential
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Confident, well spoken and immaculately presented
Console experience preferred but not essential
Can do attitude and exceptional customer service
