You will be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Liaising with Renters, Rental Providers and Trades
Conducting routines and condition reports
Managing arrears and maintenance

Who we are looking for:

A strong team player
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Valid drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Punctual, reliable and professionally presented
