Are you looking for a new role but not quite ready yet? This is your opportunity to work with a fantastic company in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne commencing December / January 2021. The role will be for an experienced Property Manager with an abundance of support beneath you, including a brand new Property software that does all of your admin for you. 
Our client needs someone with a solid understanding of the role, is a hard worker and utilises strong customer service every day - in return, you will be working with a positive and supportive team, and an agency that genuinely cares about you and your success. 

The Role: 

• Commencing December / January 2021
• Managing a portfolio of properties 
• Brand new Property software to reduce time spent on admin/database management
• Support from the rental administration team
• Day off on your Birthday
• Bonuses for hitting your KIP's
• Conducting Entry and Exit reports (routines once instructed)
• Advertising properties for lease, scheduling and attending OFI's 
• Processing applications and signing up new tenants
• Liaising with landlords, tenants, trades and OC
• Market reviews, rent increases and lease renewals 
• Actioning maintenance and following through to completion
• Managing rental arrears 
• Issuing NTV's, preparing for and attending VCAT as required
• 1 in 4 Saturday's - with time in lieu the following week

 
About You:

• 2 years experience managing your own portfolio 
• Agents Representative Certificate essential 
• Reliable car and Drivers Licence
• Ability to Problem solve, mediate and negotiate 
• Can-do and positive working attitude
• Professional, punctual and reliable
