SALARY TO $70K + Super

In the HEART OF THE CBD, this buzzing office known for their unparalleled knowledge of Melbourne’s inner city property market, and their incredible team are in pursuit for their next superstar!
With an incredible track record and reputation with their clients, this long standing agency is on the hunt for an energetic Property Manager with a positive attitude.

THE ROLE:

Managing a residential portfolio with full leasing support
Undertaking the use of OurProperty
Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties
Conducting rent reviews and issuing Lease Renewals
Entry, Routine and Exit reports
Liaising with landlords, tenants, OC, insurance & trades
Arrears management
Sending NTVs and attending VCAT as required
Salary to $75k + Super

ABOUT YOU:

Current AGENTS REPRESENTATIVE Certificate
Ideally 2 years industry experience
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
An impressive proactive approach
Driver's Licence and your own vehicle essential
