Property Manager in

We're working on a BRAND NEW role with a fast growing, dynamic agency situated in the City Of Moonee Valley. This office culture provides STRONG SUPPORT, STRONG LEADERSHIP and a leader who truly values their people

THE ROLE

Manage a portfolio of 120 properties (EASY PEASY)
Attending to the day to day activities of managing and growing a property portfolio
ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 1 in 2 Saturdays (which will be paid in lieu of day off)
Salary? YOU decide, we will compensate you fairly based on skills and experience

WHO WE NEED

Current Real Estate Certificate & Police Check
Drivers License & Reliable Car
Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Customer service focused
Highly motivated, punctual, reliable and honest
