Property Manager in

This incredible, long standing & reputable agency, located in Melbourne’s Eastern suburbs is on the hunt for a Property Manager. We are looking for someone who will fit in with their motivated and vibrant team, could this be you?

Your Role:

Manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties
All properties are within close proximity to the office
Advertising and holding open for inspections for available properties with additional leasing support
Attending VCAT as required
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
Working under a director who is supportive and hands on that understands Property Management

About you:

Have 1-2 years of experience
Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Have a valid Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
Be reliable & punctual
Be a strong team player
Have a consistent positive and can do attitude
