Working for a boutique agency in the heart of Port Phillip, we are in need of an experienced Property Manager who can provide the best, while working with the best. A team offering substantial support, the Director is a Property Management expert and the Admin, Leasing and VA will be with you every step of the way.
Who we’re looking for:
Have high organisational skills and proven ability to use initiative
3-4 years experience managing your own portfolio
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Problem solving strategies
Ability to work autonomously
Tech savvy with experience using Property Me or similar
Professional, punctual and reliable
What you’ll be doing:
Monday to Friday (Saturday’s as a backup roster ONLY)
Managing a shared portfolio of approx 150 properties end to end
Communicating with both Landlords and Tenants
