THE ROLE

Manage an immaculate portfolio of approx. 150 properties
MONDAY TO FRIDAY (opportunity to work from home 1-2 days)
75k+ Super + Phone + Ipad
Inspection Express
Onsite Car Park provided
$60 pw Fuel Card
Support from Admin & Leasing
Enjoy amazing commission structure with COMMS on new managements, lease renewals and utility connections

WHO WE NEED

Experience in end to end Property Management (2-3+years)
Strong knowledge of current Rental Legislation
Current Real Estate Certificate & Police Check
Drivers License & Reliable Car
