ABOUT THE ROLE:

Manage a residential portfolio of 160 properties
Salary up to $85k+ Super - depending on experience
Support with leasing, admin and general enquiries - no weekends!
Organise repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
Minimise and maintain rental arrears
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and period inspections
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
Have a strong focus on client relationships

ABOUT YOU:

Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current Police Check
Valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Proficient in the use of Property Tree
Have a strong PASSION for Property Management
Display a strong work ethic and reliability
The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
Immaculate negotiation and decision making skills
