We are giving a good operating Property Manager the opportunity to manage a portfolio with your own dedicated Assistant Property Manager and Administration Team.

Monday to Friday!

If you can confidently manage a portfolio of residential properties and up to date with the current legislation then you are even closer to being a suitable fit! You must also have a strong love for property management and enjoy creating strong relationships with clients.
In addition;

Strong Leadership Skills.
Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Strong understanding of current legislation and strong accountability skills to ensure team performance and standards are always upheld.
Highly organized and driven and is consistently reliable, leading from the front.
Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and clients.
Agents Representative Certificate.
