Manage a portfolio of residential properties
Action repairs and maintenance
Develop a strong relationship with Renters and Rental Providers
Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
Tribunal preparation and attendance if required

Work from home 1-2 days per week
Leasing and inspection assistant

Salary to $85k+Super
What you need:
Agents Representative Certificate
Experience in managing a portfolio
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Ability to excel in a team environment
Energetic personality with the ability to form strong and positive relationships
