Working directly under an incredible mentor, amazing Director and working with HIGH END properties, what more could you want!? The Role:

Manage a residential portfolio of 150 properties
Support with leasing, admin and general enquiries
Organise repairs and maintenance in a timely manner
Minimise and maintain rental arrears
Conduct ingoing, outgoing and period inspections
Liaise with Renters and Rental Providers
Have a strong focus on client relationships
Salary up to $80k+ Super- dependant on experience

Who We Are Looking For:

Agents Representative Certificate is essential
Current Police Check
Valid drivers licence and a reliable vehicle
Experience in a similar role is highly desirable
Have a strong PASSION for Property Management
Display a strong work ethic and reliability
